Unless shipped in error, we will not accept any merchandise for return without prior written authorization from Customer Service. Only products in our current offering, in good resalable condition will be considered. All returns, (except when a direct result of a Style Crest. error) must be returned freight paid and will be charged a 15% restocking charge. Return requests beyond 30 days after invoice cannot be considered.
